latly that's my only problem. i just moved again. i'm trying realy hard not to do what i did last time. and it's worked, i think i'm doing ok.
but then why am i still angre? and why do i still hurt myself? sometimes i think i'm being possesses by someone else.

Hi -- this is my first post.
My backround is in molecular biology, in biotechnology industry (but not psychmeds in any way).
Just a thought: MSG -- monosodium glutamate -- can cause headaches and some report feelings of anger.
MSG is used as a flavoring enhancer in just about everything, but typically in bad Chinese food.
The chemistry is that glutamic acid results from glutamate in the monosodium glutamate.
Animal studies have shown that when you inject glutamate into the brain, the animals turn aggressive and hostile.
Not sure, but this may be similar to "'roid rage."
I hope you get the unexplained anger under control. More and more I really wonder if it is chemical. You sound young -- what an accomplishment if you can figure this one out now --

I'm not convinced that M.S.G. is all that bad for you Sciencegal.
I have many Chinese friends who use it in damn near everything they cook and they are all sane, rational, healthy people.
If you go into any Chinese grocery store you will see tins of M.S.G. labeled as Ve-Tsin or "gourmet powder" and in Japanese groceries it's called Aji-no-moto (trans: the original flavor).
The Japanese don't seem to have any problems due to using it either. I mean you've never heard of Japanese restaurant syndrome have you?
I'm sorry if this isn't much help for your problems with anger Scarlet21.
