I'm sorry. I honestly don't know what to advice to you. I guess my only suggestion is to seek out counseling w/ a professional experienced in this area in particular. Someone who sees cases such as yours pretty routine. Does that make sense? I wish I had better to offer up. Hopefully others who are reading your post will connect w/ this and can offer up something to you. dont' feel that if yuo see a lot have been reading that they are ignoring yuo. Often you'll find yuor post getting a lot of traffic but when they feel that they can't offer anything....they move on.

First Thing

You have to take your meds each day, every day. This is not a when you feel like it type of drug. Risperdal will help with voices and urges but it also will run out of your system. Talk to your Dr about increasing the dosage or changing meds.

You also can take the initiative and make changes to your diet and exercise. This will decrease the number of attacks you have and the severity. You have to decrease caffeine. This was the hardest thing I had to do when my attacks were out of control.

There are many drugs out there that are not addictive. As far as Benzos are concerned, Buspar is not addicitive. Also many anti-depressants help with panic and anxiety.

Hope this helps.

To delete your post..you must be online...as a user...logged in.

Go to the post and there should be an area at the top called "edit."

Highlight all your post (press your left button and hightlight everthing you don't want and, press you right mouse button, on this highlighted area, and go to cut and all will be gone...

If you want?

Press submit.

Advice:

Be nice and write...(This post has ben deleted by Commentor)...for everone will want to know why there is this space?)

I recommend this only when attacks are happening! Everything you say has value. If you feel your post is not right for the time? save it to a folder before deleting...for you might...after reading more..that there is place for it.

It's good to read posts, cause you might find an area in the right places at the right time...for there are several...

If you are unsure....there are moderators who govern sites...mostly making sure no attacks happen...but...you might want to ask a veteran member...should I delete the post and why...for you find out...that we all have something in common...

Say how you feel about the post and show it...

Look for th people with all those orange circles and "PM" the whole thing to us...

Just ask..even me?

For I will look at it and...ask you how you feel about it...no matter how you feel and see if you freally want to delete or edit it.

We are all on the same side.

I am?

This man was sexually assaulted (rape) and has OCD...yikes!

"It literally turned my life around!"

He worked in a Pyschiatric Hospital as a Nursing's Aid for 5 years.

He was also a patient on a few occasions for suicide, too.
