You are NOT crazy!! I sometimes feel like I'm crazy too though, so I know how you feel. :P

That stuff happens to me a lot. Sometimes I could have sworn that I heard someone singing, but no one is there, or at least no one is singing. Occasionally, I also think someone called my name, but no one did. Lately I've been seeing things that aren't there every now and then too. Like yesterday, there were a few times that I thought I saw a black fly or nat or something, but there was actually nothing there. It was weird. I don't think there was anything to it. I've always thought that kind of thing was normal, but I don't know. maybe it isn't.

you are both not crazy

Its stress that is doing it. Especially the one with the depressed mother. That is a lot of sever stress that is keeping you in stress mode for too long. You should look into therapy and stress relief like yoga, then it should stop. Basically, i get it too, i found my dad recently after not seeing him for years. That night after talking to him, i stayed up til 4am, then when i went to go to bed, i laid down and loud and clear, what should i hear? The damn ice cream truck, as if it were right outside my window. I hate that stupid song and i couldnt stop hearing it, louder and louder. I had to breathe, and relax and try to focus on clearing my mind. It sucked, but im learning more about it. As far as seeing things, you should definetly get that checked, your brain is misfiring like crazy, just be thankful its something small, and your not seeing people that arent there or something. But you are either lacking a certain chemical in the brain, or your really really stressed, like PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) Therapy is definetly neccessary. Ok said my piece.

There are times when I hear someone's footsteps coming up the stairs from my basement. That scares me half to death, yet when I check there is never anyone there. I don't know what causes it.

When I lie down at night, if I'm not pouring over things from my past, I hear music. Not just playing in my head, hearing it, with my ears, although it sounds muffled like it's coming from outside. I'll even get up and open the window, and strain to listen, to figure out which direction its coming from.

It plays like a radio, one song will fade out, then another fades back in... sometimes songs I swear I've never even heard, not even in passing. Sometimes, I'm dead certain that it's a song that doesn't even exist.... and I'd write down the music and the lyrics if only it wasn't just beyond my reach... every time I try to grasp the song, it slips away, and I can't remember it anymore.

And sometimes, I can't make it stop playing, no matter what I do... bury my head in a pillow and wait for myself to be tired enough to fall asleep...

I'm personally a telepathic/psychic vampyre>CLAIRVOYANT

Postby NietzscheWisdom* » Tue Jun 07, 2005 11:06 pm

right...well you COULD all be "crazy" OR...you all could be a telepath-sensing/projecting, emphatic-feeling/projecting, channeler (involuntarily)of archetypes, a farseer..etc____

you see INSANITY...what makes us different_this DISEASE is a condition in wich our brain cells are not less open but more open than normal (open mind) so we are like 'SLEEPING-AWAKE'

...GET IT?

that was cute pancake!!

I hear voices in my head when I'm laying down at times. I thought that was just because I was starting to go to sleep. Sometiems, when i'm exhausted, I'll take a shower and I here all sorts of familiar voices in my head, and I talk to them mentally, and even out loud at times. And then I feel so crazy! But if one of them is angry, I don't want to ignore it or they'll be mad at me. It's so stupid, but weird. It's funny when I think about it. I don't think it's 'cuz I'm schizophrenic or anything, though. i think it's just from a lack of much needed sleep.

I just don't know if these kinds of voices are a big enough deal to tell my dad.

It seems like it doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I'm always so tired. I don't know if it's lack of sleep, either, because my sleep patterns haven't decreased. The voices have always been there but recently they've been the most active.
