Your advice on the b12 vitamins is apprecaited "consider this"; however I will caution all reading your posts that you should not just run right out and start popping b12 pills. You should never read anyone's posts here advising certain meds and run out and try to get on them.

Always talk w/ your dr. or counselor BEFORE STARTING ANY MEDICATION...VITAMINS, PRESCRIPTION OR OTHERWISE.

You simply never know....your body might be doing well w/ b12 and not need more added to your diet....don't just read someone's post, again on any med. or vitamin, and assume that because it worked for them it will work for you. You need to talk w/ a dr. and find out what the right dose is for you...what schedule you should take it on, etc. etc. etc.

So readers....take posts such as this one on vitamin b12 w/ CAUTION! Make sure it's truly right for you w/ your dr. and not just because you read a poster's opinion that this is TRULY the reason behind a reduction in certain symptoms!!

I appreciate your advice and everything. I really do. but I don't believe a lack of B12 is my problem. I'm still most likely willing to try it, but anyway. I'm glad that it's helped you a lot, but I just don't believe I have a lack of it or whatever. But I'm still considering it and I will possibly try it.

One thing that happens when people are low on B12, is their minds don't have the ability to be as flexible... they just stay with one thing because their minds aren't as agile... an agile mind is able to think of lots of different things, not get into ruts so easily.

Would that mean I wouldn't have mood swings if I had a lack of B12? 'cuz I have mood swings often, and my mind is able to think about a lot of different things.

Thanks. :D

ACK! don't kill yourself! I know that probably sounds useless but I wouldn't want anything to happen to you and neither would God. I hope you don't make yourself throw up either, just because not throwing up is one of my obsessions

I'm praying for you :)

Depression is a low mood.

Sometimes a lot of different thoughts are really thoughts about one thing, sort of like different words can be in the lyrics to one song.

Thanx!! You're sweet. I get sick so often, that I could never become obsessed with not throwing up. I used to get sick EVERY TWO WEEKS!! It'd always start on Sunday, and then I'd go down hill from there, and then I'd finally get better only to get worse again. I think something good has happened to my immune system to make it a little stronger though, because I don't get sick nearly as much as I used to.

Thinking about all of us--

I thought that little thing was cute, Consider_this. :) And btw, I'm not mad at you if that's what you think, because you sounded like maybe i had offended you. IDK though. It's hard to understand how people are using what they say, when we're talking on the internet.
