I can relate to the feeling of being "burnt out". I get very stressed whenever I run errands in public and afterward feel burnt out. Stress is a big problem for me. It's more like "social stress". I have never received a diagnosis of Autism, but have received multiple diagnoses of Schizophrenia. A psychotherapist I was seeing a long time ago said that Autism and Schizophrenia have a symptom overlap. My most recent psychiatrist indicated on an insurance document that I have Schizoaffective Disorder, and a psychiatrist I was seeing several years ago suggested I have Bipolar Disorder, but it's all the same; it's all psychosis. Sometimes I wish I had the self-objectivity to see if I am going to have a relapse, but that's what medication is for I guess.
