Hi MindOnAir,
I’m a little tired but otherwise okay today, thank you. I spent a lot of energy getting grounded & centered in my body when my mind wants to hijack my experience all the time. How are you today?

Hello thegentlepath,
I know that feeling too well. I'm ok except the fact there is this feeling I always have no matter whre I go I'm always the least experienced person with the least knowledge. Im currently at work right now and I have this feeling all the time. I wouldn't say I'm stressed out. But the constant negative thoughts makes dislike my coworkers. The very thing Ive been working on all these years. To to be able to tolerate people more.

To be able to tolerate people more is my challenge as well. I only volunteer twice a week now, so I’m afraid I might be losing ground in that regard as far as future employment goes. Although I am living with my family, so that forces me to be a little less in my own mind as when I lived alone.

So would you prefer to live alone or with other people? Have you been in a phase where you constantly apply for jobs? I volunteered for 10 years and that had very little impact. If I can rewind time I would absolutely take those 10 years back.

^I prefer to live with others rn. I’ve not been in a phase where I constantly applied for jobs. I like volunteering, but I never really worked a paid gig that was in line with my own values (such as they are

). It was more to make rent.
