I GOT IT! Curing OCD :)

Postby mansnils » Wed Jan 23, 2019 10:31 am

After I woke up after today's hospital treatment of my OCD, I just realized what my OCD is and what are my normal feelings. I'm so happy right now! I will be cured in no time. I have used my OCD as a coping mechanism for reality because it has stressed my body to the point of causing chronic fatigue and dissociation, and my parents have not accepted this. The dissociation may make it a bit tougher for me to follow the right feelings and make it easier for me to fall back into the trap of the OCD. I'm ashamed of myself. I'm on sick leave from school for all the wrong reasons it seems, but it may be a good idea anyway so I can get myself straightened up before I get back to school.

All these tingly sensations and other odd sensations are just an expression of OCD. With that being said, overcoming OCD can be a tricky challenge.
