I'm sorry you don't have any friends. How about the idea of seeing a therapist, even if for just a short time, to sort of get someone to talk to and get "good" out of it. If it's not for you, then just stop going.

Well, I do happen to see a therapist. I used to go every 2 weeks and when things were really bad, I'd go every week. But for now, I've been fine, so I go every 3-4 months. Just to sort of check in and I make sure I am doing well. I get feedback on questions I have. I share my problems that I wouldn't share with friends, no matter how close they are. I get encouragement and we can also plan how I can better deal with my problems. Things like this...
