Hello everyone, i don't really know where i should write this, so i'am writing here and if it is needed feel free to move it where it belongs best.
So here is what i want to speak about.
I'am really confused right now in my life, the problem is that i don't know how to evaluate my situation. I really wish someone would know where i'am right now and give me some hints to what i should do, or at least sympathize.
Part of the problem is that i have difficulties seeing the whole situation and express what i feel/want clearly so even psychologists seems unable to understand me.
Well i would like to write my story somewhere, but i dont know if this forum is the appropriate place for that, or where else it would be possible to do that?
Thanks.

You can begin helping yourself in clarifying your emotions in getting the habit to writing them now, starting for example with 5 minutes a day. Expressive writing is different that simple keeping a diary as it concentrates most on the feelings rather then what happened. Many studies have proved that it helps in healing anxiety, depression and most kind of emotional burdens and discomforts. In that way you can learn to better express and give a name to your emotions and so also to seek the right psychological help.
