We all die eventually. No point in being hasty. What you really want is the pain to stop. You don't have to die to have that happen. Try sleeping on this and see if you don't feel a little better in the morning.
There is no need to throw your whole life away because of this dumb blind agony. If you can, step outside yourself and see that this is just a thing in your mind, not your whole existance. It doesn't have to rule you.

i just wanted to point out that the 'well it could be worst' argument is a common formal fallacy of logic

(not to be a pest, i just assumed you would want to know this)
