I was having second thoughts about leaving the house today, but I left the house anyway & it was ok.

^Yes. I’m proud of myself today because I caught myself before going on an internet rant about the same old, same old. I decided a little while ago not to internet rant anymore because it wasn’t doing me any good. I performed a random act of self care instead. 8)

I got through the day out even though I was really anxious

Yeah I find myself having to step back, at times. Act of self-care sounds so much better!

Awesome!

I'm proud of myself today, for just making it thru it. Last night, into today, was Switchy like nothing I seen before. Just making it the whole way, when it was a moderately busy day, feels good- and finally getting mostly grounded, was great. It took... most of the day, I was seriously 'out of it' for most today- I kept taking routes that made no sense, while I was driving, and even into this evening not much long ago, I was not doing the driving, but I was giving idiotic advice. But we're home and done, and made it thru the day and even had a good day- so far. Hurricane Zeta might have other ideas, but I'm feeling all right, right now.

I was prepared for noise by having earplugs in my pocket, headphones at the ready, & ambient sounds on my tablet. 8)
