Hey,

I just read some of your posts from the other web-site and my emotions are hard to describe right now. I think my brain is half-flirting with anger and the other half with sympathy. Whatever the case it is a horrific thing that has happened to you - It is something that should not happen to anybody. So, your anger is perfectly understandable.


What does the future hold? Are you pursuing legal-action?

no ... could not deal with it as I am bedridden from the pain and emotionally devastated . Years in court no way .. I am just barley hanging on . I want to end it and those feelings are only natural all life is gone . Thanks for taking the time to respond .....

Do I go to ER and tell them what my plan is ? I can not live like this and yet I am thinking as anyone would with this hopeless condition .

I fail to understand how you can be in your current situation and nothing is being done to correct the awful thing that has happened. Why do people always do this!? - Sit idly while a person suffers? These are the issues in life that irk me the most.


What exactly are your physical limitations?


You cannot die by the way - Not while you have a chance to correct a terrible mistake where justice has not been obtained. A great thing can be done by you but you must elevate to a new path, the path to justice.

people do not want to deal with it ... family lives in denial becuase they do not want to take of of someone for the rest of their life . Forget justice , too difficult to do the years in court . The damage is getting worse and a life in a nursing home is the future . A triathlete who worked out hours a day with a very successful career in the music business is now bedridden and almost homeless as they foreclose on my last home . I refuse to o into a psych ward and be pumped with drugs . The truth is there is no life with this honorific injury and I want to close my eyes and not wake up , this is not life anymore . I have been trying to get the nerve to do it for a long time just seems wrong but this is hell on earth . Any advice I am at the end of the road curled up in bed in a state of shock with mind bending pain as I rot becuase I can no longer do anything physical . thanks for the replies most read and just do not know what to say . I am so close to ending it and can see no other way .. again if I go to ER and tell them my plan they will drug me up and hold me there but there is nothing they can do to fix the problem that is causing these real and very sane thoughts as I suffer endlessly .

It is a horrific story indeed my friend but you cannot die. There is a better life out there that we can all aspire to. Some people are content the way they are while others who are in depressive states actually attempt to make their lives worse. You, at this moment, must focus on getting that better life with what you've got - There definately is one out there for you.

No there is not , going from an active life with a successful career to being bedridden with someone having to take care of you is no life . I see that you are one of the only people to have the courage to comment on this thread thanks . The worst part is that people look at the mutilated head and kind of turn away in disgust . No there is no life . I am sitting up in bed with a laptop and after about an hour the pain becomes so bad that I must lie down again .

When I see someone say they are depressed that has their health I would have to say that yep you need drugs , you are not thinking right but in my case I need to be put down . If I were and animal with this injury the vet would suggest that I be put down . I need to be put down and can not get the nerve to do it . When I talk with councilor they tell me I am sane and just in a state of torture as the pain and disability have left no life but they do say I am sane , unlike someone they would institutionalize becuase they are not thinking right.

I am replying to your posts because I am worrying about you - Little can phase me, not even graphic images. I have many questions for you but will limit them to this for now: Where are your family and friends during this experience?


I hope that you are aware of the positive step that you are currently taking - That you are posting to all of these online message-boards seeking help. You want help and are getting it but you need a bit more it appears. I must repeat again that you have to elevate yourself to a new path. Your fuel can be your rage so put it to good use.

Friend and family want me in a nursing home or a psych ward becuase that is the easy way . It's take this pill so we will feel better , people can not deal with it even friends and family .. you are human trash and that is the way it is again I am straight shooter and they can not fix the mess this butcher did to me . I am close to going to the guys office and performing my own act of justice so he can never hurt anyone again , I have nothing to loose he has taken everything from me . The courts are a joke and I want to take him with me . Again where do you put someone like me who is completely sane and close to taking the Dr. and myself out . This is real and I need advice .... Lots of people are reading this but no one wants to chime in when it is this horrific people do not want to deal with it . Again Chucky you are to be admired by your wiliness to speak up on something that is difficult . I am close to going and paying the guy a visit and any suggestions . I need to call the news now and expose the guy in a big way and take him down in the press but I am more inclined to confront him face to face and know eventually this is what I will do but I know it is wrong .
