What's driving you crazy today? - (Venting thread)

Reading Facebook before lunch. Greeted by images of a starving dog, politicians, rapers, & religionists. Oh my! This is why we open Facebook at lunch, if at all. Time to weed my feed.

I made a Facebook account and deleted it a week later. I found out a lot of people in my life are terrible people.


What's driving me up a wall is a lot less serious though. My fingers smell like I was at a work bench, making something. I don't know why though. My fingers either smell like baking products or whatever scent the soap I used last is.

Waking early.

I love waking up early me. I can't wait to get up in a mornings.

What's driving me crazy is that I was set a task last week by my boss. It was to get a load of vouchers for amazon. So I've won them but now I'm to flipping tired and then he wants me to do the same next week.
Then on my way home my tyre on my bike split so
I had to walk the last 2 miles.

I was going cross eyed by the time I carried my bike up 3 flights of stairs with a load of shopping on by back.

Then I was just sitting here minding my own business when I heard an explosion.

I thought it was my oven because I'm cooking. I couldn't find anything what it could be. So I'm looking all over the house to find what it is.

It turns out that my inner tube exploded on my bike.

I had that happen once, after a car hit me. Ruined the back rim and while walking it home, I watched the innertube blow up like a bubble out of the tire and pop.

I want an old school mechanical keyboard for my computer. One that makes the loud, heavenly clicks when I press keys. I go to Amazon and the only things I see are mechanical keyboards with lights in them. Who buys this stuff? It's all over the "gaming PC" world. Like, I want a keyboard to use that does it's proper functions, why does it need to help lights that changes colors? I've never understood the appeal of these. It doesn't help that they're all over a hundred dollars. Like, why? My Amazon Basics keyboard was eleven dollars and it works fine for PC gaming and for typing things like this post on. Why would anyone in their right mind spend over $100 on a computer keyboard of all things? That's like buying a "gaming phone" that costs $1200, when you can get an Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo Switch, plus games for all three for that much money.

I don't understand.

I dropped something. Nobody enjoys misplacing objects. It is a small object, wrapped in a candy wrapper, easily mistaken for trash, & light enough to be blown away. Not the end of the world though. I’ve Literally got bigger fish to fry. It’s just a distraction, like there are a shortage of those.

Some people might wonder why I’m agoraphobic. In my mind, if you’re not agoraphobic, you’re not paying attention. But I’m the “designated patient”, so what would I know?

I'm getting really sick of Reddit trying to shove their streaming stuff down my throat. I don't care about your 240p live streams. No one does. Seriously. Let me opt out of seeing these for the love of god!

Okay, so, I saw a gif on Reddit about a "doughnut master," and I'm all "Let's see this..."


Dude's technique for twisted doughnuts was masterful, no way could I do it, but they're all wearing surgical masks, so I'm assuming it's recent that it was recorded, but get this, THEY'RE NOT WEARING GLOVES! So they have the surgical masks on, but they're touching the fresh doughnuts with their grimy hands, possibly infecting the doughnuts. COVID 19 or not, you wear gloves when touching food in food service, the virus only makes it more crucial to wear gloves. Seriously, the woman covered the in sugar with a glove on one hand and the other hand was gloveless.
