Who the hell is gary penny

I remember when I was a kid I used to play the old school first version of ?Grand theft auto and one of the secret cheat password wasIam not garrypenny

when I google it I found out the closest thing I couldd come up with that gary penny was a shrink but who is he really does anybody has any thoughts on that one????

i sitll blame the original gta to ###$ my vision up no matter what the dna say I would never blame my mother if u take a look at the game u notice that the car or the object your playing always focus at the middle of the screen imagine if u play this game for 5 7 hours a day what would happen to your central vision? but I cant proof this so I stay stoopid and f*cked
