I don't eat vegetables and rarely eat fruit. Most of what I eat is very basic and plain. As a result, I don't get most of my vitamins and minerals. I was in hospital for something unrelated a couple of years ago and they ran blood tests. The doctor came back and told me I was deficient in almost every vitamin and mineral
I eat my food in stages. So all the veg sorted into types, then the potatoes then the main for example. Same with fruit salad, I eat the fruit in order of the ones I dislike first to the ones I most like last.
