I am afraid of my anger also. I have bipolar irritability, that can turn to impulsive anger, which can be verbally unpleasant for people.

I have a bad temper, although not physically.

Have you ever taken any meds that helps with anger control? What is your diagnosis?

My tempers not as bad as it used to be. It has landed me a lot of trouble, more than once.

It takes a lot to make me angry.

I've been doing well keeping my anger in check. And I'm sure my meds help with my irritability. Before I was medicated, if I was having a bad day, people were afraid of me. I'm really nasty when I'm angry, and I hurt everyone around me, even my loved ones. And I was angry a lot, for no particular reason. I'm glad I'm not that person anymore.

I always feel misunderstood. Like I never can do the right thing.
