I've started journaling and its definitely a good way to get things out and help remind you of how far you have come.

We are adding new features to our newest site. psychTracker is a place where users can journal and chart their symptoms in a secure environment. We also have what we call "groups" which are virtual support groups and let you compare your own symptoms to others with your illness, or in your age group, or your area.

This is a free service so please check it out!
