I have wanted to punch someone. Even for the same reason you do. But I usually internalize it until I get home. I have a hanging punching bag in my room. I kick the $#%^ out of that.
What do you do to distract yourself, especially if your a person who self-harms?
Until you're broken, you don't know what you're made of.
It gives you the ability to build yourself all over again,
