What's Your Most Used Phrase or Word?

I'm sorry to say mine is "I'm sorry". I bet I say that fifty times a day at least.

Just curious. I know many of us creatures of habit find words to use over and over. What's yours?

I think I use the word "just" too often. I just feel like it belongs in almost every sentence. It's just that no other word seems to have quite the same meaning.

Oh and I like the word "like" too much too.

And "perhaps", "probably", "maybe" and any other word I can possibly find that suggests that I may not actually know what I'm talking about but that I want to give my opinion anyway.

"Hello there, would you like tea?" *horrible English accent*

I say it whenever there are awkward silences.

I've been trying really hard to cut down on it, but I keep saying "So..." or "Anyway..." to bridge two sentences together!

But... sometimes I say 'But...' too. Sooo I guess I need to try harder?

It's a tie between "I'm sorry" and "seriously?" I say those all day long. I'm always apologizing. I apologized to my brother's dog the other day because he put a ball on my lap and I didn't throw it. Pathetic.
