Suggestions for photo editing?

In my spare time, I mess around with GIMP (think photoshop, but free) and I'm at the point where I'm not sure what to do, so I'm looking for suggestions for what to create. Also, if you could contribute an image it'd be helpful, but it isn't required.

Could you create a landscape or scene that represents your mind/mood? I'd be interested to know what your inner thoughts or world looks like, even if I cannot understand it.

I think it'd be great to know how to use GIMP. I fumble around with Microsoft Paint.

Will do, if I can. It might be awhile, though, since I've got homework. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Can't find many good photos of redheads. :/ Mental image'll be insanely hard to do.

Are there any other suggestions, while I'm looking?

Difficult to edit pictures with flowy hair. Have to go in and painstakingly trace every curl. Hope it's worth it.

No decent pictures of angel wings. :/
