Oh, Chucky you are so funny! Ages since I have spoken to you - you will always be my big time crush without a doubt but, as you know, I am spoken for and our friendship is purely platonic.

Hmmmm crushes are a strange thing.... they can ebb and flow with changing moods and some can remain constant.... I can remember crushing over this girl or that then moving my crush onto the new cute girl in school.... Maybe that's the same as in here !!!

I agree. I've sort of had that with various crushes too. Sometimes it seems to me they can go away just as fast as they first came on. Whereas with others they last longer. In my case, I think in big part it depends on how often I see the person/have contact with them. And also think to some extent it depends on how much the crush is based on the person as they are in reality. As if it's mainly just based on an idea of them, reality can quickly kill it in my experience!
