A person suffering from this condition feels that somewhere in the world, a duck or a goose is watching him/her (not attacking or touching, simply watching the individual).

My budgies were all standing together on the top shelf of the, um shelf stand thing, yeah, and they were all standing heroically, side by side. I pictured them all as superheroes, and it made me giggle like a schoolgirl
