Bread. Warm and preferably with some butter concoction of powdered sugar, cinnamon and I think honey. Sooooo yummy.

usually my comfort food is anything sweet... I tend to like the energy rush it gives me because a lot of the time when I am down my energy levels seem to be low too.
The bright light at the end of a dark tunnel could be an oncoming train, but it could also be the way out of the darkness...
