I don't know where to find a moon phase calculator that tells the first occurrence of a full moon on a specific day of the year, but here's one that tells you when there are full moons up till the year 2100 some may already have seen.

My birthday is just one day short of a full moon - drat!

The calendar I found doesn't necessarily tell when the next full moon is, you have to actually search manually, but it does cover several dates in the past and the future.
