That's an interesting thing to consider. I have recently began to question cereals and how healthy they actually are. Okay, it's obvious that they aren't healthy for most people, but there are good ones out there too. In general, however, a breakfast should include much higher amounts of protein than they currently do. On mainland Europe, cheese, cold meats, and eggs are common breakfasts, and cereals do not feature much at all. The 'cereal' is only an American, CAnadian, Australian, and British thing.
