Ah yes, the Saw series still goes on. To be honest, the last I heard there was only 2 of them, and they were both abyssmal films. In fact, they were more like comedy, to be honest. Put it this way, I cried during My Dog Skip (a film about a dog who runs away), but I laughed during Saw.

I love Die Hards 1,2 and 3. The fourth is just...meh. I suppose it's not terrible, but it doesn't even feel like a Die Hard film, let alone live up to the first 3.

Ain't that the truth. In fact, I don't even feel comfortable mentioning the 4th one in the same conversation as the other three. It felt cheap watching it, and - as you said - NOT like watching a true Die Hard film.

I really liked Die Hard 1 and 2.
A movie I have just watched and I have found quite funy is "The ugly truth". I don´t know why, but this movie remember me one of the forum users. Parador.

I don't know why it reminds you of him, but would you be able to send him a message? He is having a lot of trouble recently.

I remember him because there is a guy in the movie that always say the truth as ugly as this can be. No masks.
I have just done it, honey. He already knows that I´m with him. It´s only that he needs a break and solve his problems, my friend.
And I don´t believe he is fed-up of anyone in the forum, Kevin.

No, his problem is not here on psychforums. His problems are in his own life. He does not discuss everything in his private life here, but he has told me some things in PMs.

Nice topic. Watching movies and reading are my favorite hobbies. Recently I became a fan of Paul Thomas Anderson's movies. Loved ¨Magnolia¨ and ¨Punch Drunk Love¨. By the way, I think the character played by Adam Sandler in Punch Drunk Love resembles an avoidant, though in the end he's able to declare himself to the woman he's in love with and overcome his fear of rejection. Guess it's a good movie for avoidants to see, it's very inspiring, and I really felt empathy for Adam Sandler's character, he seems so insecure (just like me), and yet so loving..

I just watched "Night at the Museum" (I'm obsessed with Ben Stiller's jacket in the movie. It's addicting to look at! My friend from the City had a jacket just like that... but then most New Yorker's seem a bit alienesque.)

Also "Eyes Wide Shut". Scared the jeebies out of me and I'm all grown up!

I haven´t watched this movie but I´m going to download it. I´m also an avoidant. Thanks for the information.
