I don't remember much of Die Another Day so it couldn't have been that good.

Hangover was excellent!

Transformers 2 was a big dud. I wasn't going to see it because it got poor reviews, but I felt like seeing something mindless. I wish I had my money back now.

I saw the Manhattan short film festival the other week. We got to vote for the film we thought was best. That was cool. They anounce the winner tomorrow. I liked the French film and one of the Spanish films best.

Oh yes - In the Loop was terrific. See it if it is playing!

I don't go by what people say how movies should be rated, everyone's tastes are different. I've found some movies weren't bad when others aid it was crap..

The hang over was funny watched that a long time ago.. have it actually.

I'm gonna see the new Halloween film soon. I expect it to be a load of dross, but something to do.

When the Nightmare on elm street remake is released I'm watching that. I love the NOES movies, particularly I, 3 AND 4, can't wait for this new one.

Die Another Day is on the TV right now and it's abyssmal. Pierce Brosnan is Irish and all but he's a jerk, and this film is atrocious. I can't believe that the guys behind the James Bond series let this be released.

One of my half brother's looks a lot like Pierce Brosnan (not the scumbag one).

Wait, there are two Pierce Brosnans? - A scumbag and non-scumbag one?

I find that if a film gets less than a 40% rating on rotten tomatoes it's generally not worth seeing. Transformers 2 got a 19%. Two that look interesting - Pandorum and Surrogates are both just barely below 40%. I might check them out.

I just saw The Baader Meinhof Complex - 85% tomatometer- and it was ecellent. Ever see the classic movie Z? It reminds me of that one a bit. Apparently it is pretty accurate historically. That makes it more interesting as a slice of the history of Germany.

Terminator II is on right now actually. I have to admit to being a big Arnie fan, despite him being in a lot of rather pointless / degrading movies. Anyone remember Commando?... ...and those silly Christmas films that he was in?

Oh, he was also in that dreaded Batman film as Mr. Freeze.
