No, the only other foods I analysed were barley seeds, maize/corn, and sausage beef. It's interesting to see the various components of each. Interestingly, if you look at the back of any cheap cat/dog food tin, you'll be schocked at its composition: They are around 85% water, with the highest-composition solid component being ash, followed by protein. Still, that meat tastes nice.

Huh? I've never tasted cat or dog food.

I did not eat them, but the smell of them is very nice I'm sure you'll agree.

Not really. But my smeller don't work so well.

I've got nothing to report here. Had some pills and apple juice for breakfast. And a mento. My fast is up to 40 hours. I never go beyond 48 anymore. I don't feel so bad now though. Maybe I'll keep this one up until 60 hours. The most I ever did was 4 days many years ago. I'm NOT ever doing that again.

If you combined that with one of Starbucks' super duper coffee tingies, then you'd already have your day's worth of ewnergy. There was a news article over this part of the world recently about that type of thing (i.e. - coffee drinks from Starbuck's with calorie values >1000).

What is this Starbucks concoction you speak of? You sure it wasn't Baskin Robbins ice cream? I wonder how much something like that would cost at Starbucks. Isn't a regular coffee like $5? Day's energy quota? How many calories you eat per day, Chucky? I try to get 3400-4000.

Hey,

THis is what I weas referring to: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/8168142.stm

In an average day, I get just over 2500 calroies, but I imagine that my energy usage goes well above what I consumer. Hence, I am often lethargic at the end of each day as my body shuts down due to lack of energy.

A big cup of cream with nuts. I don´t know how many calories but I imagine a pile of them. I love dry fruits. If I had at home one of these packets with a mix of dry fruits I´ll eat the whole packet. I´m sure. That´s the reason why I don´t buy any.
