We call it "croque monsieur" in French. In Denmark, they call it Parisian Toast.

A big salad, nearly all from my August garden.
Various type of lettuce I grow, string beans, big red tomatoes, small yellow pear tomatoes, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, orange pepper, green onions, carrots, and red kidney beans (the only thing not from my garden).
Put some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it, with some sunflower seeds, and ummmmmmmm.

That's really impressive. I've wanted to be able to grow more of my own food for a while now, but don't have the resources. How big is your garden, that you can grow that much?
