Ah - coffee crisp! You can't even get them here in the US. I get them when I go up to Canada.

I as a total PIG last night. I went to the market and they had the day old cakes at half price. That's always my downfall - sale junk. So I got the chocolate cake and ate one piece while watching football. Then I ate another piece. Then another. I ended up eating half of it. I just about heaved it up in my sleep.

So all I ate was a boiled egg white for breakfast. And the pills.

lol... you ate pills and an egg for breakfast. Hmm, I suppose it's better than eating just the pills. i can picture you there with your fork and knife in your hand, staring down at a large white plate with just some pills scattered onto it. Nice.

Is this the Coffee Crisp that you're talking about: http://www.nestle.ca/NR/rdonlyres/469AB ... isp50g.jpg ?

I have not seen them here, but I've grown to like the taste of coffee sweets. Most people do'nt like them, judging by the fact that they're usually the last sweet left in chocolate-boxes.

Yes, that's it! I'm not big on coffee. I hate it actually. But mocha is good. I had not had a coffee crisp in years. Then I saw one in montreal. Yummy!

And I don't eat my pills of a plate. Or anything else really. I have become good at swallowing up to 20 pills all at once. That freaks some people out. it can be fun to show someone a handful of pills and then just swallow them (with some water of course.)

Cool, the discount store here sell an 'extra forte' coffee which appears to be shipped in from Brazil. I took it for a weekand it destroyed me. Im nolw back on the more milder stuff which has been shipped in through London from India. That Coffee Crisp bar is a Nestlé product too, but I've never seen it here. This is odd, considering that Im in the home of Nestlé.

I know a guy who loves this nasty Italian esspresso. It's REALLY strong. My sense of smell is not good , but even I can smell it brewing from accross the room. I know another guy who will chug a whole POT of coffee in 2 minutes flat. He puts it on ice and then chug chug. Two or 3 big 24 ounce cuops and it's gone. Then he says he has a weak bladder!

That makes me more thirsty. I wish that I could drink more fluids, but my habits/eating disorder prevent me from doing so... ...I'd love to drink a few litres of pineapple juice right now, for example. my record was drinking 20 pints of water in under three hours.

I hear tou CAN die from water intoxication. Pineapple is kind of sweet. I like orange-pineapple better.

I used my last two for one Burger Kind coupon earlier. Get one tendergrill and get one free. Those are pretty good.

Yeh, in some cases, intaking too much fluid can 'overdilute' your blood and cells and can lead to death. I think it affects the brain first - i.e. you lose consciousness and then your brain just dies because the ions that are noremally used to trandmit nerve impulsese cannot carry out their functions properly, and therefre your brain cannot control vital body functions... ...and you die.
