What is the last thing you ate?

Forget about mental illness for a while and just let loose in here.

Another ganny smith? I eat a lot of those at work. Did you ever try the pluot or plumcot?

1 AM weightlifting is nothing. Now that I'm not working anyway. The other week I was up at 2am with the weights.

Hmmm, I don't know why, but I just recalled a christmas gift that my brother got last year: It was a penis barbell (weight). It was even indented slightly to fit around the shaft of the penis. I wonder if he ever used it... ...?

PlumcoT? - that's an apple type? I've never seen it around this part of the world. Surprisingly, the last thing I ate WASN'T a piece of fruit now. What was it again... ...Ah yes, it was a type of bread from Turkey I think. I can't recall it's name but I bought it in the shop this morning.

The plumcot is the cross between a plum and apricot. I mentioned it earlier. They're really good.

I had a boiled egg and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast.

Now I have a coupon for buy one get one free at McDonalds. I have a choice: 10 chicken McNuggets, big mac, or quarter ponder with cheese. Which should I do??

There is absolutely no doubt in my head that you should get the quarter pounder with cheese. My old favourite was the ould Bacon XL Dbl Cheeseburger from Burger King though. I remember going there with my 1st girlfriend once and was ecstatic when she could only eat half of hers... ...I did the honourable thing and ate it. Can't let something like that go to waste...

We never went to McDonald's, not after she had an epileptic fit there on our first date, with me then having to call the ambulance for her.

I had the chicken Mcnugets. I had never had McDonalds chicken nuggets before. With honey mustard. You're not missing much with the McDonalds burger Jay. They have a new angus burger that's pretty good though. Burger king stuff is better.

That's some bad first date Chucky. I would think a girl would fake a seizure to get out of a date with me. Great idea for a poF post!

I haven't had an A&W since I was a kid. You don't see many around here now. There is one in the food court at Dejardins in Montreal. I should try one there sometime. And the A&W root beer too! There are no White Castle's around me. If I'm ever in the NYC area I will have to go to White Castle. What was the one Harold and Kumar went to?

Ever have a bison burger? It is much lower if fat than hambuerger. It dries out quickly so you can't do them well done. I had one once a few years ago. Not bad.

I can't recall the last time I went this long without chocolate. I think it's been a whole week.

Yeah - there is a lot of ecoli out there in the beef. Irradiating it would solve that problem. But people freak over that too.

Jay Dubb, check out the amount of ingredients they put into those bars! It's inspiring... ...I have to admit though, they have every vitamin listed (by their chemical names [vitamins is my speciality area]) and other minerals too. They're obviously healthy, and I reckon expensive too.

Talking about E. coli now? Ever wonder why they can get away with undercooking beef burgers (i.e. 'bloody' bef burgers)? It's because the meat in beef is so tough that microorganisms cannot penetrate it. it's different for - say - chicken meat because that's softer and 90%+ of raw chicken meat is infected with Campylobacter spp. and/or Salmonella spp.
