How do you feel today?

I had a talk today which made some things clearer to me. It might be better for me.

I feel deep insecurity and some sadness. Something didn't work today. I hope monday better.
I hope I can forget it during the week-end.

The week end was ok. I feel still vulnerable.

I feel lonely and depressed.

I had better sleep

I feel sad I'm not sure why.

Maybe because I left some activity that I liked to do. It was too much, I left.

Today I met some people who continue. One of them said to me : you smile but I don't know how you feel.

I feel sad.

A lot of people where I live support Palestinians who are going through the war that happened in my country too, it's probably worse for them since they don't have anywhere to go. A city where I was born was completely surrounded for years before the war ended and too many people died (I was able to exit the country as a baby with my grandmother in the beginning of the war, the rest of family stayed). What a lot of people seem to forget were the cases of capturing and torture done by the local people within the country (supporting the opposite side, or themselves), and that is why I can't just forget the latest attack in Israel that started the war, I don't get why they won't let the captured people go before they ask for the end of the war. It's not my story to tell however, I wasn't there, if I was in a captured city with no food or water for years perhaps I'd do worse that the October attack (and it's probably why I can't relate as much). I hope for the war to end as soon as possible.

In any case, I need to figure out what to do with my life, I am feeling lost.
