Preoccupied on how to set boundaries. Some people around me seem to endanger them. I feel strong guilt in trying to keep them, and panik for them.

There was a search for a little girl who disappeared in the local news and the situation turned so bizarre that I thought they were making it up. I don't think they do but I don't think reading news helps me these days.
I should probably try to keep my life in order if that is possible and not overthink.

I thought it was Wednesday tomorrow/today, but it's not, it's Thursday. I had a good day today I guess but I feel drained. Think I'l stay up few more hours. I feel insane these days, it's a lovely fact no one notices.
