How do you feel today?

I have plans etc. but still it feels like I'm at all times improvising. Possibly it often depends on how others around me feel. I know it can switch in a second, so I preventively try to be not as emotional. But I currently don't think life is a negative occurence.

I feel alone...

My father's partner's younger sister died recently. She also lost her parents at a young age. Didn't really know what to tell her and I felt really weird watching her sister's kids cry (I never saw them cry before) as I didn't really experience any losses in terms of close family members (parents etc). It's probably the point in life where the strength of character gets tested..

I feel like I forgot everything I knew about psychology. Last time I had a psychology class was probably in high school, after that it was documentaries and forums.

I feel alone and that no one understands me anymore.

I feel preoccupied and angry

I feel scared and alone...

Previous month was okay for me, in the sense that I got to meet inspiring people and learned a lot. But the previous three years were chaotic and lonely, I lived in some kind of a pessimistic fog and thought it'll always be like that.
And a friend got mad at me for not meeting her for coffee because I had something important the following day. I felt like I need to finally prioritize my obligations and she felt I needed to make some time because she is leaving town soon. Still not sure who is in the right here.

I feel tense. I can't sleep
