Not been a nice day to me.

I am young. I once had a Master many years ago who used to sing "keep young and beautiful if you wanna be loved" to me.

Well I've got the young bit but I'm still working on the beautiful part.

I'll tell you later. I've gave myself a couple of days of work to do some more decorating so that should be fun.

Very tired, been waking so early and cant get back to sleep

I dunno. I find it hard to pin down how I'm feeling to be honest. I think that if I've done things in the day that I enjoy doing then I must be fulfilled, content, satisfied.

I had a nice day today. A messy morning followed by an easy midway part and then a messy afternoon with a bit of body painting.

Apart from that I'm OK.

I'm fine today. I've got a bit of trapped wind but that's neither happened here nor there.

I've reinstalled my exercise bike in my living quarters and did a good 35km on it earlier today. Exercise does one a power of good.

i feel exhausted. need to rest and sleep.

I'm sleepy tired now but I had a lovely morning because my friend came to see me and we had chocolates and made art and I showed him what I learned since the last time he came and it was fun.

Our OCD parts tell us it's Afib and we're gonna die. Everything ends in 'we're gonna die'. Your shoulder hurts? We're gonna die. We have dye from new clothes on our body? OMG the blood's been cut off we're gonna die. Everything's we're gonna die. But we never do. Seriously on our tombstone we need 'Well I told you I was gonna die'

Yeah. Some of us think about death like, all the time.
