My OCD triggered my mania. I'm not even worried about what I was worried about, but god damn if I still ain't manic!

My medicine has relaxed me. I just hate that it relaxes me to the point where I need to sleep. Yes yes. Goshest of hecks

I feel stupid today. I got lost & missed an appointment to have my oil changed. I had the right directions, I just failed to follow them correctly. :oops:

I’m feeling irritable. Slept poorly, had a nightmare, then woken early. Focusing on getting through the next 12 hours without harming self or others.
