A myriad of emotions...anger for having to be at work...frustrated bc I don't have the accruals to take time off....excited because bowling season starts tonight AND the weekend is almost here!
My disorders:
ADHD (dx'ed)
AvPD (meet all the criteria and have all symptoms - looking to get dx'ed)
SAD
Possible OCD or mild bipolar

I feel tired. There was noise everywhere today. At work, in public transport - why do people need to yell to tell their lives :x and now home, my neighbours playing music :(

Hope tomorrow quieter :wink:
