In Vasque Country. It´s really beautiful. Really, I was there and is really clean and a good architecture. It´s quite similar to the south of France.
You only have to take care at night and don´t go to some places where there are radical independentists, and guys throwing molotov cocktails or burning buses!

You also will have the opportunity to learn a new language "Euskara" but is really difficult to learn it, because it hasn´t anglo-saxon or lathin roots. It is considered a linguistic island!
Anyway, it´s beutiful as many other languages.

I'd very much like to get lost in a place like this. I'd sit on a snowy rock and daydream while I bravely soaked my toes in the icy pond. I'd be happy to be alone, though I would hope for Mr. Tumnus to show up and play me some music on his flute.

I honestly don't know. I was just searching wallpaper sites and found it. I thought it was so beautiful.

You have clearly never experienced that. I live where that scene is common place. We have long winters and short summers (this year I think summer is a Thursday). Trust me when I say you would not enjoy being wet and unprepared in icy realms.
