The People of the lie By Scott Peck.
Its very good, worth reading the only problem it is written with religious theme, Christianity. I've got no problem with that, but he does seem to believe in exorcism and has taken part in some, not sure I believe in that I wish he kept that for a separate book.
Apart from that a excellent book.

I just finished Crime and Punishment, I'm now reading Heart of Darkness (almost done!) and just today started American Psycho. They are all EXCELLENT books. Heart of Darkness is as heavy as writing gets though, so tread carefully!
