Bush annoys the hell out of me, so perhaps that's why I can't stand his accent! Anyway, I have a teacher from Texas though, and her accent doesn't bother me at all. Hm...I can't think of any southern people right now.

Dan Simmons: Hyperion
George R.R. Martin: A Game of Thrones
Frank Herbert: Dune
Neal Stephenson: Snow Crash
J.D. Salinger: Catcher in the Rye

This thread is lacking in sci-fi nerds.

Yuck - I never took to sci-fi books. I only watched sci-fi TV such as Star Trek, Quantum Leap, and the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I bought Hitler's Mein Kampf recently, but won't read it until the Summer.

I've not read Dune in a novel, but I liked the movie. :D

Goosebumps!!!!! Why I have come back, because my girl has broken up with me for obvious reasons. I have nothing else to do now after work until I hit a club and find someone new to hang with. "Butterfly faire", read my other posts on this website to know what I am fully talking about, you were right, women do hold things in. I'm sorry, I just had to vent about that.

Goosebumps-- Attack of the mutant
Goosebumps-The haunted mask
Goosebumps-- How to kill a monster
Goosebumps-The overcharging hooker.

I don’t like reading fiction books I have never been able to read any of them even books I had to read for school. I would always get books on tape and do it that way. I was sitting here thinking if I can remember all the books I have read and the answer is no, but here are a few I have read in the last year that I liked.

Workbooks:
Road to freedom – Best workbook for pedophiles hands down.
Who am I and why am I in Treatment?
Why did I do it again and how can I stop? - 2 books in one
Changing me

Books:
The Sexual healing journey

I'm doing a book on tape right now! Well, on cd, technically, but yeah. It's 1984.

It's by George Orwell. It's about a "utopian" like society. THe main character is being watched and things by "big brother". It's very interesting. Similar to V for Vendetta.
