chucky - i'm no hero. i can't deny that while i ask for no material goods in return, i do expect the good feeling that comes. so technically, i do get something. and some days i rely on that feeling as much as those who need it rely on my help. i see it as a good trade rather than a selfless act. wish i was that selfless though and appreciate your kind words very much.

faerie - i am a cat lover. i love cats. love love love 'em. also, i'm a lousy cook. i try, it just rarely works out. when i cook my kids usually eat a sandwich instead my husband, good man that he is, eats it and says thank you. what a guy

I'm defintely not the cook in the family here either, the man does it mostly, I can open a can, cook some pasta etc.. but ya other then that I don't know haha.

My kitties are my kids for now until I have my own lol.
Adopted them from the shelter when they were 2, they will be 4 come April.

we have two. one yellow cat as fat as garfield who was a stray and stayed when we fed it. the other a fluffy calico kitten.
they are technically the property of my 9 yr. old.

i think pasta is one of the hardest things to get precisely right when cooking.

well I"m good at making pasta lol.
