Great Songs to be Depressed To

Postby YarlSoutan » Thu Jan 01, 2009 10:20 pm

This has probably been done before, but my music files got wiped so I need some suggestions to expand my tastes. But please....no emo or screamo music. That stuffs not talent. Its just noise.

I just found a few songs by Metallica Iv never heard.
1.Unforgiven
2.The Day That Never Comes

And these songs depress me though I dont know why.
3.Heart of Madness, Komodo Band
4.Burning Heart, Survivor

Hurts a good one but Johnny Cash's versions is better.

FYI Get Ares or Limewire and never spend another dollar on music again.

Agreed - I use Limewire all of the time to download songs, but there seems to be a lot of junk on it (Limewire) these days. By 'junk' I mean spam programs that are masked as songs.

Anxious, that 'Crying' song by Orbison is terribly sad, but the background music makes it less sad than it probably could have been. I'm listening to it now, in fact, and the lyrics are sad but the background music is relatively cheery!

Here's my suggestions:

Annie Lennox - No More I Love Yous
Mike & The Mechanics - The Living Years
Jon Secada - Just Another Day
John Lennon - Jealous Guy
Extreme - More Than Words
Eric Clapton - Tears In Heaven
