can animals be embarrassed?

Watch at 1:06. the horse gets attacked and then just gets up like nothing is wrong. he just walks off like, "yeah you're lucky you didn't make me mad or i'da had to lay down the law." i mean just look at the horse it's almost as if he's conveying a message.
