My God, that's horrific. I feel sorry for the guy and I hope that he still has his leg. I imagine that the wall just crushed both his Tibia and Fibula. If he didn't squirm too much, I'd say they could have saved it. Do you know?

I dont know wether to feel sorry for the guy or not...

On one hand no one should have to have an injury like that
But on the other the pillock deserved to lose his leg for being so braindead in the first place. What was he trying to achieve?

I knew a guy once who worked in SuperValu. One day, his shoe fell off while he was loading stock onto a service lift. As he reached his leg into the lift to place his foot into the shoe, someone on the ground floor called the lift and it started to move. The guy didn't have time to get his leg out of the way and his entire leg got caught in the tiny gap between the lift and the lift-wall. He lost a whole load of the flesh from his leg and had to get skin- and muscle-grafts from his ass, shoulders, and any other area where flesh could be taken from!

I've never broken any bones myself. The most serious of injury was probably when my entire colon was inflamed and was basically functionless. Apparently (and according to my doctor), I was in danger of near death. Internal injuries aren't as gruesome as external ones though.

Jesus... ..I just cringed. Having your legs swept from you like that is dangerous because the back of your head could smash off the ground. This can cause death or coma. I'm sure your Sensei did it in a safe way though... ...
