Me? Sing?

Hell no. Never. For no one.

Except my birds, 'cause they make terrible noises, too.

I spent years singing aloud in public. I was nervous the first time I did so, but only because I wanted to turn-in the performance I was expected to give.

An atheist singing in church? - the last time for me was back in my schooldays. The combination of tried and tested melodies, and the often great acoustics which old churches can have is something special. Couldn't bring myself to do it nowadays though.

As for others singing in public, I think it's great if someone feels enough joy, confidence and freedom to do so. Having said that, I'd run away - far, far away - as fast as I can, when confronted with the prospect of entering a karaoke bar.
Keep moving forward.
