Looking at this another way, here are the rows into which 1, 2, 3, etc. are placed:

10 4 10 3 3 3 1 1 2 1
8 6 9 9 7 2 4 4 10 10
etc.

Then I converted the sept09.xls file into that way, but I assume 10=0, to make it all in one digit.
