There's a fog.
It's been building all day.
I felt it this morning when I was cycling...I call it fog rain.
Then it hit it's peak at around 4:30 to 5pm.
According to my weather app it's not as cold as yesterday but I would dispute that.
It's pretty typical for this time of year to be fair.

^I like ravens, they are beautiful like all animals. Once my grandmother told me ravens on the roof do mean death but I think it is just something which old people tend to say.
