Is it just me or do you also think that McCain is one of the worst public-speakers ever? Plus, he has a silly hand-movement thing when he waves and I hate the way that he calls people 'my friend'. Okay, I call people that too, but that's different :P

Conversely, Obama's speaches are energetic and lively, a throw-back to the great presidents of the past.

Chucky,

McCain isn't known for his oratory skills, that is for sure. As for his hand movement, he has limited motion in his arm due to the broken limbs he received after being shot down in Vietnam.

They actually broke both arms and legs while torturing McCain, none of the bones were set properly but it's more obvious in his arms.

Thank you, I was - of course - not aware of this. I have nothing particularly against McCain, in fact, but the appeal of Obama is ceaseless. Plus, McCain just can't shake the shadow of one George W Bush Jnr. off his back. In any other election, I'd say McCain would win. Now, however, because of Bush, he's gonna' lose.

Here's a few of those folks John McCain is so proud of.

If McCain wins, it will be Sarah Palin.

In many ways she would be the president, anyway. McCain is a flip-flopping puppet that would have a planned heart attack shortly after he won the presidency.

Palin scares me, she's off the scale to the right and not smart enough to lead the country.

Freedom of speech is taken very seriously, unless it broaches the incitement to riot or violence, you can't arrest someone.

That said, this sort of ignorance and hate is one of the reasons we are viewed as we are in the rest of the world.

I don't like John McCain, but I hate palin even more, and we all know that if McCain is elected, he'll probably die and Palin will be president. If this does in fact take place, I am moving to another planet.

GO OBAMA!!

Christ - yeh - there'd be outrage here (Ireland) if that video was shown on a national broadcaster. However, look at the channel logo: That's Al Jazeera, the Dubai-based network. The show in question is probably 'Inside USA', which is on every night I think. The reporters of the show seem to enjoy digging up the 'dirt' of the US (the dirt that the US networks wouldn't show).

Another news channel that I get here is called Russia Today, and it was amusing to watch how they reported on the Chechnyan war, as opposed to how CNN and Fox reported on it!
