I know a place I can get crumbled bacon on a doughnut. I fully expect that to be on the banquet table in Heaven. If not I'm going to speak to the manager.

Never had them, never made them. They get requested regularly, mainly by people who are from the deep south. I had a guy once request doughnuts, where instead of using doughnut glaze, are covered in maple syrup, filled with vanilla buttercreme, and covered with bacon. Never made anything like that. I'd give it a try, in terms of making it, but I wouldn't eat it.

Hmm I don't know about the vanilla buttercreme. Make it an apple filling and you would have something.

You seriously wouldn't eat a doughnut with bacon on it?

Yeah I like the sound of the bacon ones.

Also I like my doughnuts to be a bit oily/greasy.

Doughnuts with curry powder would be pretty good.
