Sitting on the patio with my feet propped on the chair while sipping tea relaxes me. I like listening to the birds chirping on the trees and feeling the wind blowing on my hair and skin. Even watching the stars at night calms me down. After a stressful day, there's nothing more that I yearn for! So, how do you relax?

Tea, flowers, self hypnosis/meditation... it helped me learn how to recover from anxiety.
Do not be proud of your disorder, be proud it does not define you and your struggles with it.

I know it's not healthy, but a nice long drag on a cig. Makes me very mellow.

Early morning. A chill in the air before the day gets hot.
Sitting outside in my yard, alone, with good coffee.
Watching the birds come to eat seed and the squirrels to eat nuts.
Seeing the dew on the plants and hearing the rustle of morning breeze in the trees.
The start of a new day...
